Erskine Golf Club and Golf Course Scotland


	Erskine Golf Club, arguably one of the finest golf courses in the West of Scotland. Designed by Troon Professional Willie Fernie, James Braid and Dr. Alister MacKenzie.

	This golf course simply has to be played to be appreciated.

	The Club was established in 1904 and caters for all, from the individual to groups and societies.

	Erskine Golf Club hosted the Scottish Professional Championship in 1991 and also The Scotttish Youths Championship in 2007.

	Our members are very proud of our course and our club, what it stands for and what it has to offer.








	Welcome to the Erskine Golf Club website. The club is over 100 years old and has developed into one of the finest courses in the West of Scotland. I never tire of the magnificent views from the course extending from the Kilpatrick Hills down the Clyde past Dumbarton Castle and the Cowal Hills to the West. The course is easy walking and suitable for all handicaps. A gentle opening six holes leads down to the banks of the Clyde estuary, where a difficult back nine can be a real test in a strong westerly wind.Wildlife abounds in our peaceful surroundings with roe deer, buzzards and herons being frequently sighted.The clubhouse affords a spectacular outlook over the Clyde estuary, and is well appointed with lounges and dining room where our chef Gerry Reid and his friendly staff will cater for your needs.
